The Cliffs Communities is a collection of eight private master-planned residential communities located near the Blue Ridge Mountains between Asheville, North Carolina and Greenville, South Carolina. We have three locations on Lake Keowee, close to Clemson University and the towns of Salem, Seneca, Pickens and Easley. Near Greenville, SC, is The Cliffs at Glassy, The Cliffs at The Valley and one of our newest properties, The Cliffs at Mountain Park. All three are within close driving distances to North Greenville University and Furman University. In North Carolina, just outside of Asheville, we have two locations: The Cliffs at Walnut Cove located in Arden and The Cliffs at High Carolina. Our Corporate offices are located in Travelers Rest, SC.
